Radical Innovation Call for Entries

The proposed hospitality product should introduce innovation within hotel guestrooms, food and beverage offerings, amenity spaces, technology solutions, operational efficiencies, sustainability initiatives, guest experience enhancements, or other areas that redefine the future of hospitality.

– Prize money awarded to the Student or Recent Graduate Product Winner
– Networking and mentorship opportunity with industry leaders in design and manufacturing
– Winner receives handmade trophy and printed certificate
– International recognition on media outlets, social media, and the website
– Student or Recent Graduate Product Winner will have the opportunity to be invited to attend The Makerspace at Black Fire Innovation at UNLV

Open to the public/Minimum requirements (Open to anyone that complies with the requirements), Single stage (Winners selected immediately)

Open to Professionals, Students, and Recent Graduates.

In the submission process, submit the following attachments:

1. A compelling presentation (PPT or PDF) that effectively communicates the product concept, its significance, and the potential impact.
2. Detailed sketches, renderings, and/or a video of a 3D model illustrating the product.

In the application form, answer the following questions:

1. What is your product? Clearly articulate the unique features and functionalities.
2. Outline the technical aspects of the design, including materials, manufacturing processes, and technologies used.
3. What hospitality problem is it attempting to solve or how is it elevating the guest experience?
4. Provide an estimate of the timeframe required for successful implementation of your product in the marketplace and describe the path you will take.
5. Do you have any team members? Provide their name(s) and email(s).
6. What is your company/University name? If you graduated within the past year, please include the name of your University.
7. How do you hear about Radical Innovation?
8. If you are a student, upload a picture of your student ID.
